Speakers who arrive at the session room with their presentation on their laptop or a thumb drive will be asked to go the Preview Room to download their presentation, which may delay the start of the session.

Should your presentation contain videos please check whether they play correctly in the Preview Room well ahead of your session.

During the ICPS conference, 3 sessions will be dedicated to paper posters presentation.
Beside these 3 scheduled poster sessions, in order to enhance the visibility of your communication, we offer the opportunity to display your poster (as an E-Poster) on LCD screens at any time during the conference; these screens will be located on the conference site and available to the attendees during the whole conference.
Paper posters have to fit the following dimensions: 90 x 115 (approx. A0) in vertical Portrait format. They should be brought to the meeting by the authors.
Please include in your Poster, the E-mail of the presenters, to facilitate further communication.
If you wish to submit your Poster as an E-Poster too (optional, but recommended), please follow the E-poster guidelines for your paper poster, to avoid unnecessary additional work.
On the day of your poster presentation, conference staff will assist you with putting up the poster. Please locate your number and hang your poster accordingly. Tacks and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters. Please put your poster up at least 1/2 hour prior to the start of the poster session. The poster can be on display throughout the day of presentation and should be removed by the end of the day.
Poster presenters are asked to make themselves available during the allocated poster sessions to discuss their posters with conference participants.
E-Posters (optional but recommended)
The E-Poster file shall be the same file as the one printed for the paper poster session, so you do not need to provide additional work to take benefit of this opportunity. Since technical check has to be performed on all E-Posters, you will have to upload your E-Poster file before the beginning of the conference by visiting the E-Posters upload site (the link will be sent to you by the conference organiser nearer to the event date).
