Plenary presentation slot will be 45 minutes long, which includes a 40-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers.
Invited presentation slot will be 30 minutes long, which includes a 25-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers.
Oral presentation slot will be 15 minutes long, which includes a 12-minute presentation followed by 3 minutes of questions and answers.
The schedule of the conference will be strictly maintained; you are strongly encouraged to ensure you have enough time to deliver all the content within the allocated time slot.
On the day of your presentation:
Please note that speakers may not take personal laptops or thumb drives to the podium for use with their presentation. Speakers who arrive at the session room with their presentation on their laptop or a thumb drive will be asked to go the Preview Room to download their presentation, which may delay the start of the session.
Speakers are thus kindly asked to preload their presentation file at the Preview Room– Room Louisville located at Level 0 close to the Conference Rooms close to the Conference Rooms at latest during the break before the session. Technical check will be performed on all presentations.
Should your presentation contain videos please check whether they play correctly in the Preview Room well ahead of your session.
Presenters should also check at least 10 minutes prior to the session starting to setup and introduce themselves to the Session Chair.

Details on Presentation file format
Please note that the format has changed and there will be no E-Posters at the congress.
During the ICPS conference, 3 sessions will be dedicated to paper posters presentation.
Paper posters have to fit the following dimensions: 90 x 115 (approx. A0) in vertical Portrait format. They should be brought to the meeting by the authors.
Please include in your Poster, the E-mail of the presenters, to facilitate further communication.
On the day of your poster presentation, conference staff will assist you with putting up the poster. Please locate your number and hang your poster accordingly. Tacks and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters. Please put your poster up at least 1/2 hour prior to the start of the poster session. The poster can be on display throughout the day of presentation and should be removed by the end of the day.
Poster presenters are asked to make themselves available during the allocated poster sessions to discuss their posters with conference participants.
Oral Presentation - File formats:
The Conference lecture rooms are equipped with Windows operated computers loaded with Microsoft Office. Acceptable presentation formats are PowerPoint and PDF.
We recommend a maximum size for your presentation file of 50MB.
The projection format will be 4:3 aspect ratio, so please set your slide presentation in the same format.
For pictures, we recommend to use the following formats: .jpg, .gif, .tiff, or .bmp.
For videos files inserted in your presentation, please use the following formats:
.mpg, .mpeg, .avi or .wmv.
Please avoid inserting too big images (>1Mb) or animated gif files, flash animations, fade effects on objects, graphics and tables.
